The Student Assistant supports the Customer Care team by contributing to the successful delivery of Customer Care initiatives and projects. The role provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support across a broad range of activities, including project tracking, data analysis and reporting, documentation management, stakeholder communication, and process improvement efforts. Working closely with team members, the Student Assistant helps ensure efficient execution of customer-focused initiatives, maintains accurate records and insights, and supports day-to-day operations that enhance the overall customer experience and team effectiveness.

The Scope
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of Customer Care initiatives
- Assist with project documentation and follow-up activities
- Contribute to a consistent customer-focused approach across Customer Care activities
- Support communication and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Prepare meeting notes and track action items
- Support customer data analysis using AI tools
- Assist with research, reporting, and preparation of project documentation
- Support the development and continuous improvement of Customer Care processes
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, communication materials, and status updates
- Support the preparation of workshops, trainings, and internal meetings
Your profile
- Currently enrolled at a university.
- Structured, reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong interest in customer experience and service excellence.
- Interest in project coordination, administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Solution-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and an interest in leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
- Business-fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese is a strong plus, while French or Spanish is considered an advantage.
- Living within commuting distance of the Bonn office and demonstrating commitment to FSC's mission and values.

The Fine Print
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Working hours: 20 hours per week (ideally across 3- 5 days per week).
- Duration: 12 months (with an opportunity to extend)
- Remuneration: 14€ gross per hour.
